About the Role

We are seeking a **hardworking and diligent ** Senior Sales Administrator to join our Sales team on a fixed-term contract. Reporting to Head of Sales Operations, this role strategically supports Volume and Customer Sales teams with independent commercial and operational administration.

Key focus areas:

  • Autonomous decisioning on customer quotes/contracts
  • Prioritising workload and ensuring efficient cross-team coordination
  • Implementing processes that drive automation and reduce administrative burden for Partnership Managers
  • Broken contracted as a financial and operational safeguard, resolving exceptional cases
  • Dispute resolution and revenue protection

This is a United role for someone collaborative, detail-oriented and great with cross-functional stakeholders.


Responsibilities

1. Autonomous Quote & Contract Management

  • Review and approve quote amendments independently, ensuring:
    • Pro-rata billing aligns with requirements
    • Contract alignment prevents post-sale escalations or credit needs
  • Verify sales deal structures reflect quota and commission accuracy
  • Lead mid-size to large-complex multi-product administrative builds
  • Partner with Bid Manages to ensure contracted support during large tender processes (e.g. G-Cloud 14).

2 Systems Mastery & Process Improvement

  • Salesforce Champion
    • Audit and maintain the cleanest possible sales data within the CRM
    • Unblock “locked” opportunity lines to optimise workflows
  • Process Innovation:
    • Collaborate with Revenue Ops and Finance to implement system guardrails for pricing and contract generation
    • Drive automated workflows that reduce manual admin time.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Debt Resolution

  • Liaise as the primary commercial contact with Finance & Billing) to:
    • Proactively resolve aged debt issues blocking payment
    • Address complex customer or technical queries
  • Execute autonomous commercial decisions on disputed invoices, auto-renewal challenges, or credit notes to protect customer relationships and Arbor revenue.

Requirements

About You

  • Proven experience in:
    • Senior Sales Administration
    • Large-scale Commercial Operation or Contracts
    • Preferably in B2B-Saas landscape
  • Technical proficiency:
    • Advanced Salesforce familiarisation (CPQ experience is advantageous)
    • Deep Excel acumen (e.g., pivot tables, data validation, automation)
  • Decision-making ability:
    • Handle complex scenarios with minimal supervision
    • Maintain composure under pressure
  • Communication skills:
    • Translate technical or contractual details into clear terms for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
