Job Opportunity: Senior Sales Adviser at Jewson

We are looking for a Senior Sales Adviser to join the successful, supportive team at our Launceston branch. If you’re looking for a place where your ideas are not just welcomed but celebrated, you’ve found your home!
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead generation and prospecting: Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue new customer accounts through strategic prospecting.
- Account Management - Customer Retention & Growth: Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by understanding their needs, upselling and cross-selling solutions.
- Onboarding & Activation: Ensure new customers are successfully onboarded and activated, maximising spend potential within the first 13 weeks.
- Margin & Share of Wallet growth: Drive increased profitability by optimising margins and increasing the share of wallet from each customer.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Customer engagement: Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations to build rapport and drive sales.
- Reporting & Feedback: Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback and market insights.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:00 and every other Saturday 08:00 - 12:00
