Role Description
This is a Part-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Advisor, based in Cardiff. Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs
- Providing tailored furniture solutions
- Achieving sales targets
- Ensuring excellent customer experience and adherence to sales processes
- Collaborating with the team to maintain merchandise standards and a welcoming store environment

Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build relationships and convey ideas effectively
- Exceptional Customer Service experience to ensure satisfaction and resolve customer inquiries
- Proven Sales expertise with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Knowledge of furniture retail or previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
