Package Description

Are you an experienced and empathetic professional who excels at building relationships? Join our dedicated sales team as a Senior Sales Advisor and make a real difference in the lives of individuals seeking compassionate, personalised care.

About The Role

At Agincare, every call you take has the power to change lives. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our sales engine, the first voice families and professionals hear when they reach out for support. Your mission? To turn enquiries into clients by creating a smooth, reassuring, and commercially successful journey from first contact through to assessment and sale.

This is where compassion meets commercial drive. You’ll combine empathy with sales acumen, making sure every client is matched with the right care service, whether it’s Home Care, Live-in Care, or one of our Care Homes.

We’re a hive of activity, and we’re growing every single year. At Agincare, you’re not just a number, you’re someone who can really make a mark, shape projects, and become a recognised name in the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the journey – convert enquiries into clients with confidence, handling every step from first contact to care service.
  • Drive sales performance – act fast, maximise every opportunity, and consistently exceed your KPIs.
  • Deliver stand-out experiences – combine warmth, professionalism, and empathy to support families when they need it most.
  • Collaborate to win – work closely with Care Needs Assessors, Field Care Supervisors, and Coordinators to create seamless handovers.
  • Keep it sharp & compliant – maintain accurate CRM records, contracts, risk assessments, and funding confirmations.
  • Problem-solve with impact – act as a trusted contact for post-sale client queries, from invoicing to care delivery.
  • Be multi-skilled – confidently sell across all our services: Home Care, Live-in Care, and Care Homes.
  • Shape the future – contribute ideas, feed back to Sales & Marketing, and help refine campaigns to boost ROI.
  • Live our values – embody Agincare’s mission, vision, and values in every conversation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
