As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the wider team on the shop floor. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will combine expert product knowledge with strong commercial awareness, helping to drive sales performance and uphold the highest standards of luxury retail.

The Role:
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience in line with the brand's luxury standards
- Build and develop long-term client relationships through exceptional clientelling
- Drive individual sales performance and support the wider team in achieving targets
- Act as a product expert, providing styling advice and brand storytelling
- Mentor and support junior team members on the shop floor
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and boutique operations
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and operational standards
- Support management with daily floor leadership and team development

Requirements:
- Experience within premium or luxury retail, ideally in a senior sales role
- Strong clientelling skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent product knowledge and styling ability
- Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Confident, proactive, and commercially minded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods
