This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 7:30 – 17:00, and every other Saturday from 08:00-12:00.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively generate new customer accounts through strategic prospecting.
- Build, manage and grow existing customer relationships by understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Successfully onboard new customers, ensuring they become active and maximise their spend potential within their first 13 weeks.
- Increase profitability by growing customer spend, improving margin and increasing share of wallet.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals, maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
- Provide accurate reports on sales activity, customer feedback and market trends to support business growth.
