As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Sales Analyst EMEA to join our EMEA Sales Teams. The position is based in our London Offices (3 days a week)
You will play a critical role on the EMEA Sales team focused on driving analytics and strategic support to SharkNinja's cross functional business partners across product development, retail, results optimization and proactive business insights. The Sales Analyst will be responsible for crafting compelling sell-in stories and will serve as the expert on trends and assigned sub-categories. This is an excellent position for a highly motivated, strategic Sales Analyst who likes to work in a fast-paced environment and data-driven atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the customer and category sales performance expert internally, generating and presenting actionable insights on pricing, promotional impacts, positioning, competitive landscape and market needs to develop comprehensive strategies that drive revenue while maintaining profitability
- Build partnerships with assigned retailers/buyers through presentation of market trends across the entire SharkNinja EMEA portfolio
- Identify Category gaps/opportunities for assigned Customers, creating sales stories with strategic recommendations that differentiate SharkNinja from competitors, helping to increase distribution, space and displays
- Assist in the management of the demand planning process, tracking current category trends and leveraging them to develop future forecasts, communicating opportunity gaps and risks
- Serve as the voice of the consumer in internal cross-functional meetings, highlighting trends and opportunities for expansion within current and adjacent categories
- Build strong partnerships, both internal and external facing, with customer service mindset
- Communicating for impact: Drive objective analytics - communicating actions needed for better performance
- Ad Hoc Analysis - Ability to quickly process situations and determine what information/data is required to generate actionable insights
- Innate curiosity and desire to find creative solutions

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience within category management, sales analysis or financial analysis
- Critical - Advanced Microsoft Excel / Office skills
- Thorough experience with pivot tables, large quantities of data, building charts
- Ability to take large data sets and boil down to simple takeaways
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and detail oriented, ensuring deadlines are met
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to present and calibrate on critical challenges to internal and external partners
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
