Senior Sales Assistant
Senior Sales Associate – Luxury Womenswear
Location: London
We are recruiting for a motivated Senior Sales Associate to join a world-class luxury womenswear brand, expanding their team and helping deliver an exceptional client experience.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a prestigious brand dedicated to providing a one-of-a-kind, high-end shopping experience. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s luxury ethos.
Responsibilities
- Consistently hit sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high ethical standards
- Up-sell and cross-sell products with confidence, leveraging deep knowledge of the brand’s offerings
- Proactively engage clients, building long-standing relationships through bespoke service
- Expand the international client base using CRM tools to track and nurture interactions
- Provide a first-class styling experience, ensuring clients leave feeling valued and inspired

Requirements
- Proven experience working in a luxury or premium retail brand (relevant to womenswear if possible)
- A passion for luxury fashion, understanding of current trends, and an instinct for quality
- Experience working with sales targets and KPIs, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to coach clients on brand values and product benefits
