We are looking for someone who is attentive, reliable, energetic, approachable, and punctual – someone who has strong knowledge of fashion and current trends and feels confident styling clients.
About the Role
As a Senior Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for welcoming and supporting customers throughout the entire sales process, showcasing our products, and delivering a high-end customer experience.

You will also assist the store management in creating a retail environment that fosters creativity and team development.
Main Responsibilities
- Creating a positive, friendly experience through customer interaction.
- Assisting customers and ensuring high levels of customer service at all times.
- Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of all company products and services.
- Working productively within a team and taking initiative to achieve shared goals while being positive, respectful, and helpful.
- Adhering at all times to company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Maintaining in-store visual merchandising standards.
- Ensuring excellent cleanliness and tidiness in the store at all times.
- Keeping the stockroom organized and accessible to support sales.
- Maintaining constant vigilance around in-store security procedures.
- Acting as a brand ambassador and contributing to the development of the brand image.

Profile
- You understand and embody the luxury lifestyle image of Zadig & Voltaire.
- Proven success as a Sales Assistant, preferably in a high-end/luxury retail environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales-driven with strong selling abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple demands and competing priorities effectively.
- Able to act proactively and anticipate customer needs.
