Job Description SENIOR CLIENT ADVISOR – FULL TIME @ MAX MARA FLAGSHIP STORE As a Senior Client Advisor, you embody the Max Mara DNA and play a key role in delivering an exceptional luxury experience. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, driving sales performance through strong client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring excellence in every stage of the client journey. Main Responsibilities: Deliver an outstanding and personalized service in line with Max Mara’s heritage and luxury standards. Drive individual and team performance to achieve the store’s overall business objectives. Act as a role model, supporting and guiding junior team members in clienteling and selling techniques. Build, maintain, and expand a loyal client portfolio through consistent follow-up and personalized communication. Ensure the highest level of visual presentation and product care, in accordance with corporate guidelines. Handle complex customer requests and complaints with professionalism and discretion. Stay constantly updated on product knowledge, brand collections, and fashion trends. Promote a culture of excellence and customer-centricity within the store. Profile: The ideal candidate will: Have at least 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, ideally within ready-to-wear or accessories. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluent English (additional languages are a plus). Show a proven track record of building and retaining high-value client relationships. Be results-driven, proactive, and passionate about delivering superior customer experiences. Exhibit leadership qualities and the ability to inspire others through example. Maintain impeccable presentation, professionalism, and in-depth understanding of luxury service standards.
