The Role: Senior Beauty Host
You are more than a Senior Sales Associate—you are a brand ambassador, storyteller, and crafter of exceptional guest experiences.

Deliver World-Class Guest Experiences
- Welcome every guest with warmth and create signature L’Occitane moments (think hand massages, personalised consultations, and flawless product recommendations).
- Craft luxurious and memorable touchpoints, building loyalty and trust.

Become the Ultimate Product & Brand Expert
- Master the heritage, ingredients, rituals, and sustainability benefits of our products.
- Drive customer engagement through expert product demonstrations, showcasing both the sensory and purpose-driven benefits.
Manage Boutique Operations with Precision
- Execute visual merchandising, maintain stock levels, and keep boutique spaces immacuate and inviting following L’Occitane en Provence standards.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic product displays and thoughtfully curated client experiences.
Own & Develop the Sales Process
- Master Point of Sales use and clienteling systems to enhance personalised visits.
- Actively represent the brand at internal or external events, stores, or digital platforms.
Support Team Coaching & Growth
- Collaborate with the management team to train and upskill team members, ensuring everyone embody our product knowledge and service excellence.
- Deputise for the Boutique Manager or Assistant Boutique Manager for outdoor shifts, staff shortages, or ad-hoc needs.
- Assist with opening and closing of the boutique when required.

Daily working hours (exact shift times to be determined in 4 monthly premium lists):
- Pre-m이지오 (pre-open duties)
- Mandatory Outlook check-ins between 7:00 AM and 7:25 AM
- Mandatory attendance at staff meetings (dates notified in the premium monthly list)
- Mandatory daily handling of call, live chat, email, and inquiry check at each session
- Mandatory attendance at coaching programs, training sessions etc…
