- Lead the way, delivering feel good customer moments
- Support store leadership, keeping things running day to day
- Open and close the store confidently as a key holder
- Drive sales with great service and solid product knowledge
- Coach and support the team on the shop floor
- Keep standards high, from stock to store basics
