Senior Sales Associate

Senior Sales Associate – Ray-Ban®

Lead on the floor. Raise the standard.

This is an ideal role for someone who loves selling, takes pride in doing things right, and enjoys guiding others through example.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional, brand-led customer experiences through confident storytelling and deep product expertise
  • Act as a role model for standards, behaviours, and selling excellence on the shop floor
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager by coaching and encouraging team performance
  • Lead by example during busy periods, ensuring the team stays focused, energised, and customer-first
  • Share product knowledge, tips, and feedback to help others grow
  • Support visual merchandising, stock standards, and daily operational tasks
  • Contribute to achieving store KPIs and commercial goals

About You

  • Strong retail sales experience, preferably in a premium or fashion-led environment
  • Confident seller with a natural ability to connect with customers
  • Passionate about coaching, supporting, and motivating others
  • Positive, reliable, and respected by peers
  • Commercially aware and customer-focused
  • Interested in developing toward future leadership opportunities
