The Opportunity
We are partnering with a prestigious luxury retail house operating within Harrods to appoint an exceptional Senior Sales Associate specialising in Accessories.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven luxury retail professional with an established client book, who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences while developing long-term client relationships.
Working across a broad accessories offering, you will combine product expertise, styling excellence, and clienteling to deliver an elevated shopping experience while contributing to the commercial success of the boutique.
You will be confident working with high-net-worth clients, proactively developing new business opportunities and nurturing an existing client network within the luxury retail sector.
This opportunity is ideally suited to someone with experience in the luxury sector who enjoys building meaningful client relationships and delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Client Development & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of loyal clients through exceptional service.
- Leverage an existing client book to drive repeat business and build long-term relationships.
- Drive client appointments and utilise CRM to maximise engagement and repeat business.
- Deliver an elevated luxury experience tailored to each client's individual needs.
- Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients through personalised service and expert product knowledge.

Sales & Commercial Performance
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall boutique performance.
- Identify opportunities to maximise sales through styling and cross-category selling.
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain a proactive approach to achieving KPIs and commercial objectives.
Product Knowledge & Styling
- Develop expert knowledge across luxury accessories, including handbags, leather goods, and seasonal collections.
- Confidently advise clients through styling recommendations and product storytelling.
- Stay informed on new collections, product launches, and industry trends.
- Deliver personalised styling solutions that enhance the client experience.
Team Collaboration
- Support colleagues in delivering a seamless luxury client experience.
- Share product knowledge and best practice across the team.
- Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and boutique initiatives.
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing working environment.
Operational Excellence

- Ensure the store is maintained to the highest presentation standards.
- Support stock management, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention procedures.
- Follow all operational policies and procedures to ensure an exceptional customer journey.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client information.
About You
- Experience within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong background in luxury accessories or a related luxury category.
- An established client book with the ability to generate repeat business.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients and delivering exceptional luxury service.
- Proven business development and client acquisition skills.
- Commercially driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about styling, luxury products, and delivering memorable client experiences.
- A proactive and collaborative team player.
- Additional language skills would be advantageous.
