About the Role
The Senior Sales Associate will lead by example, drive sales, and be the backbone of the store, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while fostering teamwork and store efficiency.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the way, delivering feelgood customer moments
- Support store leadership to keep things running smoothly day-to-day
- Open and close the store as a key holder with confidence
- Drive sales with exceptional service and in-depth product knowledge
- Coach and support the team on the shop floor
- Maintain high standards from inventory to store presentation
- Live the Sunglass Hut vibe, values and culture
What We're Looking For
- Retail experience (preferably sales-focused)
- Strong selling skills and a passion for customer experience
- Confidence, positive energy and a team-first mindset
- The ability to coach, support and lead by example
- Organisational, problem-solving and detail-oriented skills
- The right attitude—reliable, motivated and ready to step up
