Senior Sales Associate

Richmond, London

Up to £31,000 + Competitive Commission + Uniform Allowance

Our client is a beautifully curated, founder-led premium fashion boutique located in the heart of Richmond. Renowned for delivering a truly personalised shopping experience, the boutique offers an exceptional edit of contemporary luxury brands and has built a loyal clientele through styling expertise, genuine relationships, and outstanding service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate sales professional looking to join a growing independent business where personality, initiative, and client relationships are at the heart of everything they do.

The Role

As Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving the success of the boutique by delivering exceptional customer experiences and building a loyal client base.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering an elevated and personalised styling experience.
  • Building long-term client relationships and driving repeat business.
  • Maximising every sales opportunity through expert styling and product knowledge.
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the boutique.
  • Taking ownership of the boutique in the absence of management.
  • Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards.
  • Supporting client events and contributing ideas across social media and local marketing initiatives.
  • Leading by example with a hands-on and energetic approach.

The Candidate

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves premium fashion retail and thrives on creating memorable customer experiences.

You'll bring:

  • Experience within premium or luxury fashion retail.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and clienteling.
  • A passion for styling and building complete wardrobes.
  • A commercial mindset with the confidence to maximise every sales opportunity.
  • High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
  • Confidence working independently and taking ownership when required.
  • Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging personality.
