- Building and maintaining new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
- Creating the customer experience through the use of selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
- Understanding and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle with each other and the customer.
- Ensuring all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
