We are looking to hire an experienced sales professional who will be responsible for establishing technical sales solutions and opportunities across the United Kingdom and Europe in the coming months.
You will provide feedback and impact future strategic directions based on customer demands, market expertise, and opportunities at our London office.
Key Responsibilities: • Defining and developing our sales strategy and vision for Video Analytics, CCTV, and IoT products and services in the UK/EU market. • Opening doors to possible new fields of clients, cultivating high level, C-Suite relationships, and converting those into accounts. • Acquiring new accounts and growing' inside existing relationships, which results in organic growth • Negotiating contracts with cooperating partners, distributors, and industrial clients • Developing ties with distributors and key decision makers at industrial clients • Improve long-term cooperative partner relationships with platform and large clients. • Create and manage an accurate pipeline as well as timely sales predictions. • Use extensive product expertise to demonstrate solution selling tactics and provide relevant solutions. • Assist and guide support teams in resolving technically complicated customer demands to ensure commercial deals are closed. • Work with Tech Support to provide assistance on solution design and project implementation. • Conduct onsite customer visits and demos as needed to secure business possibilities. • Actively participate in marketing events and exhibitions connected to our products and solutions.

Key Skills: • Previous experience leading and establishing a technical product/service in the market, • Proven track record of sales achievement against target within the IT systems environment, CCTV and Security integration markets, • Able to understand and navigate complex buying decision-making processes, • Able to position our business value and outcomes that are compelling for executive buyers, • Capable of developing and executing highly successful closure strategies • Capable of responding to buyer objections in a way that fosters trust and confidence • Capable of acting autonomously and responsibly, • Strong sales and negotiation skills, • Excellent communication and influence skills up to C level • Skilled in demonstrating product portfolios through internal meetings, trade fairs, and customer meetings. • Capable of networking, developing, and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
