Senior Sales Consultant

Join Our Growing Residential Sales Team

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to play a key role in the continued growth and success of our Residential Sales Department.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven property professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the strategic development of a high-performing team.

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing residential property sales from initial instruction through to completion, while helping to drive departmental performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate residential property sales to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Manage the sales progression process from offer agreed through to successful completion.
  • Generate valuation opportunities and convert them into new business instructions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and other professional contacts.
  • Support the growth, development, and performance of the Residential Sales Department.
  • Contribute to departmental strategy and identify opportunities to improve performance and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company procedures.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience within residential property sales or estate agency.
  • Strong negotiation and sales progression skills.
  • A track record of generating and winning valuation opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A sound understanding of industry legislation and best practices.
