Senior Sales Consultant

Senior Sales Consultant (11-Month Fixed Term) – Bluewater Store

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to lead and drive the team at our Bluewater Store, working on an 11-month fixed-term contract (30 hours per week).


Key Responsibilities

As a key strategic partner to management, your role will include:

  • Leading store operations: Overseeing daily sales floor management and ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met.
  • Team leadership & coaching: Engaging with employees to motivate, mentor, and develop staff through training and recognising excellence.
  • Brand ambassadorship: Modeling best-in-class customer service, fostering a ** ata styling approach**, and providing detailed product expertise to customers.
    • Delivering personalized sensorial experiences, such as:
      • Fragrance consultations
      • Hand and arm massages
  • Customer journey end-to-end: Guiding customers with personalised attention, reinforcing lu handcrafted ethos from first contact to final purchase.
  • General store support: Overseeing stock management, replenishment, cleaning, and other operational tasks to ensure a seamless retail environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail, with proven success in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Strong communication and motivational skills to influence and drive performance towards store and personal KPIs.
  • Exceptional personal grooming and presentation standards, embodying luxury with confidence.
  • A deep appreciation of luxury brands, with a willingness to embody and represent Molton Brown’s values.
  • Availability for flexible working hours as required by the business.
