About The Role
Requirements of the role:
- Consultative outbound telephone sales
- Having strong resilience, self-motivated, excellent listening skills
- Ability to direct and drill into potential customers current set ups to discover their requirements and signing them up to an improved suitable solution
- The capability to always be self-accountable and responsible for all KPIs, calls and talk time, but achieving optimum sales target
- A good understanding of the B2B market, with a proven record of accomplishment in this area
- Be able to collaborate across all departments building strong working relationships in all areas
- B2B outbound sales experience
