Senior Sales Associate | Mansfield

We are looking for a confident, experienced, and customer-obsessed Senior Sales Associate to elevate our consumer experience and support the team in delivering outstanding results.
This is not just a sales role - it’s a position for someone who leads by example, inspires others, and plays a key role in driving both service excellence and commercial success.

What You’ll Do
- Drive store sales and KPI performance by taking ownership of your targets and delivering results
- Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and premium brand experience
- Inspire consumer loyalty by delivering expert product knowledge and advanced selling techniques
- Support and guide team members in complex customer situations and service excellence
- Share knowledge and help develop colleagues on product, service, and selling skills
- Identify sales opportunities and proactively support improvements in store performance
- Execute all store operations to a high standard, including replenishment and stock availability
- Ensure visual merchandising and in-store standards are consistently maintained
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Minimize loss and ensure operational excellence across both floor and stockroom
- Support the team wherever needed to keep the store running at its best

Who You Are
- Passionate about sport, fashion, and delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Experienced in retail with strong selling skills and product knowledge
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility on the shop floor
- A natural team player who supports, motivates, and shares knowledge
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of KPIs and sales performance
- Calm and solution-oriented in fast-paced or complex customer situations
- Flexible to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
- Minimum 6 months experience in a sports or fashion retail environment (advanced selling experience required)
