Senior Sales Consultant - up to £100k FTE uncapped - Work from home 1-2 days a week.

This role has an uncapped commission structure, with realistic first year earnings of £100k+.

About Cavari

Cavari creates architectural bathroom products for design-led residential projects, with scope to support larger private and commercial spaces over time. We are an early-stage, well-capitalised business launching in 2026, led by founders who have previously built and scaled successful e-commerce and distribution companies.

The role

This is a consultative but commercially driven sales role. When a lead comes through — whether for a single shower screen or a multi-bathroom project — you guide that customer from first enquiry to completed purchase, across phone, video, live chat, email, and face to face in our Nottingham showroom.

Your aim is not to take an order for one tap. It is to understand the customer's project and specify the complete Cavari bathroom — advising on compatibility, finishes, and how the pieces coordinate, so the customer buys a coherent room rather than a single item. You own that conversation, and you own the revenue that comes from it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who we're looking for

ESSENTIAL

  • Proven high-ticket sales experience — this is mandatory. A track record of converting considered, high-value interest into closed revenue.
  • Commercially ambitious and confident asking for the sale, comfortable holding high-value conversations and closing them.
  • Well-presented and articulate, equally assured on the phone and face to face in a showroom setting.
  • Disciplined in follow-up and pipeline management, and able to work without heavy supervision.

HELPFUL BACKGROUND

  • 3–8 years in consultative or high-ticket sales — interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, automotive, or comparable.
  • Exposure to both direct-to-consumer and project / trade sales.
  • A design or interiors awareness that lets you talk credibly about specification and coordination.

Why this role matters

At this price point, one well-handled conversation can turn a single-product enquiry into a whole-bathroom specification, and a first project into a developer relationship worth many more. You carry real revenue responsibility from day one, exposure to both direct-to-consumer and project sales, and — as Cavari and the Commercial Trade function scale — clear potential for progression.
