Senior Sales Coordinator

Senior Sales Coordinator – Commercial Operations (Leeds)

Are you an extremely organised individual who thrives on commercial coordination and keeping sales teams focused and accountable? Do you want more than a traditional sales admin role, with real influence and visibility?

We’ve partnered with a well-established, internationally recognised fabrics manufacturer operating within the interiors and design sector, based in Leeds City Centre. This is an opportunity for an individual with a passion for the textiles and fabrics industry to make an impact across a small, collaborative team, where your organisation, commercial awareness and process improvement skills will really make a difference.


Key Benefits

  • Up to £40,000 pa, dependent on experience
  • Annual discretionary bonus of up to £4,500 linked to sales performance and growth

The Role

Working closely with the Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for driving structure, reporting and communication across an international sales network. You’ll lead and support the in-house Sales Coordinators and run daily sales huddles and weekly sales meetings. This role will play a key part in improving systems, managing sales processes and ensuring the wider commercial team is operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the current team of Sales Coordinators, including running daily and weekly meetings.
  • Track sales targets and performance across UK, US & Europe.
  • Manage the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistent reporting with commercial insight.
  • Oversee lead allocation, customer follow-ups and sample coordination.
  • Play a key part in introducing improved systems and processes to enhance visibility and efficiency.
  • Maintain strong communication across the global sales network.

Skills & Experience

  • Solid experience within sales coordination, commercial operations, sales support leadership, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or Freshsales preferred).
  • Strong reporting and Excel skills.
  • A highly organised individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commercially aware and a confident communicator, able to work with senior leadership and sales teams.
  • Analytical, proactive and solutions-focused, comfortable with process improvement.
