Join Bravo London

Bravo London is an established London manufacturer of bespoke, made-to-measure fitted furniture. Since 2009, we have designed, manufactured and installed fitted wardrobes, kitchens, media units, home offices and tailored storage solutions for homeowners, interior designers, architects, contractors and property developers across London and the Home Counties.

We are now looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Designer & Consultant to support the continued growth of our fitted-furniture division. This is a senior, performance-led opportunity for someone who can combine strong design-led selling with proactive business development. The successful consultant will manage company-generated enquiries while also developing new relationships, referral channels and project opportunities.

The role

You will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to confirmed order and project handover. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting clients at our Park Royal showroom and at their homes or project sites
  • Understanding each client’s space, requirements, style, priorities and budget
  • Developing practical and attractive made-to-measure furniture solutions
  • Preparing quotations, design proposals and professional sales presentations
  • Presenting proposals confidently and guiding clients through the decision-making process
  • Following up enquiries consistently and converting opportunities into confirmed orders
  • Negotiating effectively while protecting appropriate commercial margins
  • Managing your own sales pipeline, appointments and follow-up activity
  • Developing new relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors and property professionals
  • Generating referral, repeat-business and self-sourced sales opportunities
  • Re-engaging previous clients and dormant enquiries where appropriate
  • Coordinating confirmed projects with Bravo London’s design, production and installation teams
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and providing regular pipeline updates
  • Consistently working towards agreed sales and business-development targets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
