Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative with a deep understanding of the UK Insurance landscape to join a market-leading sales acceleration firm. This is not a typical "cold calling" shop; you will be joining a well-established company with 15 years of proven methodology to sell cutting-edge SaaS solutions directly into the insurance industry. If you are a domain expert who knows how to navigate the complexities of insurance brokerage and underwriting, this is your opportunity to leverage that knowledge in a high-growth tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a high-volume outbound strategy, averaging 50 targeted touches per day to key decision-makers within the insurance sector.
  • Qualify and book at least 10 high-quality discovery meetings per month to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Leverage Salesforce and our internal sales frameworks to track activity and manage prospect relationships effectively.
  • Act as a subject matter expert when speaking with insurance professionals, speaking their language to build instant credibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and optimize the outbound sales process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SDR or inside sales roles within the UK market.
  • Deep knowledge of the Insurance industry (either via previous insurance sales or selling software into the insurance sector).
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-set targets.
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate complex corporate structures.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with formal sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar).
  • A pre-existing network of contacts within the UK insurance space.
