As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will identify and qualify high-value leads through inbound and outbound outreach, serving as a key link between our Marketing and Sales teams across the UK&I region. You will initiate meaningful conversations with enterprise prospects, understand their needs, and set the foundation for successful enterprise-level engagements. What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and marketing campaigns, managing inbound interest while actively pursuing outbound opportunities to build a strong enterprise sales pipeline across the UK&I region.
- Present SentinelOne to potential enterprise clients, tailoring product messaging and solutions to resonate with their specific needs, business models, and key decision-making processes.
- Book qualified meetings and calls for Account Executives, collaborating closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and strategic alignment throughout the sales cycle.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with key stakeholders, while reporting on key metrics, pipeline activity, and outcomes to the Business Development Manager.
- Stay current on product features, the competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends, and work from our Amsterdam office on Tuesdays and Thursdays as part of our hybrid setup.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written), with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills and the ability to deliver engaging, persuasive presentations confidently.
- 1+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Sales Account Executive, or related lead-generation role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Confidence and professionalism in cold calling and outbound outreach, with familiarity with CRM tools — Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Solid working knowledge of Excel for tracking and analyzing performance data, combined with a proactive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for growth and learning.
- We are also open to candidates from other backgrounds with transferable skills in lead generation, business development, or client-facing roles.
