Job Title: Senior Sales Development Representative

Salary: £50k–£55k Base + 20% Commission

Location: Central London (1-2 days per week in the office)

B2B SaaS | FinTech | Enterprise Outbound | Strategic Prospecting | High Autonomy | Founder-Led

Why this role is a standout career move

  • Join one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies at a pivotal stage of international growth.
  • Become a genuine outbound specialist, owning strategic prospecting across complex enterprise accounts.
  • Work directly with experienced founders and commercial leaders, helping shape outbound strategy rather than simply executing it.
  • Enjoy the autonomy to build your own approach, test new ideas, and make a visible impact on company growth.

If you're the type of SDR who genuinely loves prospecting, researching accounts, writing personalised outreach, and opening doors into enterprise organisations, this could be exactly what you've been looking for.

This isn't a role designed for someone counting down the days until an AE promotion. Instead, it's for someone who enjoys the challenge of outbound sales and wants to become exceptional at creating pipeline.

Company

Our client is a venture-backed SaaS business transforming how financial institutions manage compliance, fraud prevention and risk.

Already working with customers across multiple international markets, they've built an innovative platform that solves complex regulatory challenges for banks, fintechs, payment providers and other regulated organisations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Opportunity

You'll become a key member of a growing sales team, responsible for generating high-quality pipeline across mid-market and enterprise organisations.

This is a highly strategic outbound role where success comes from thoughtful account research, personalised messaging and building relationships with senior decision-makers—not simply relying on volume.

You'll work closely with founders and senior leadership, giving you the opportunity to influence messaging, refine outreach strategies and contribute to the continued evolution of the go-to-market function.

If you enjoy solving problems, experimenting with new approaches and taking ownership of your success, you'll thrive here.

Your Role

  • Build pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting across enterprise accounts
  • Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers
  • Create personalised outreach across email, phone and LinkedIn
  • Engage senior stakeholders through thoughtful, consultative conversations
  • Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the commercial team

  • Manage activity using modern sales technology including CRM and sales engagement platforms

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup where you'll be trusted to figure things out without extensive hand-holding
  • Curiosity, resilience and a desire to continuously improve

What's in it for You?

  • Salary: £50k-£55k base + 20% commission
  • Autonomy: Genuine ownership over your territory, outreach strategy and success.
