Senior Sales Development Representative – Remote

Established over 10 years ago, our client is one of the fastest growing digital marketing agencies, partnering with a range of ambitious brands across consumer goods, eCommerce, real estate, professional services, and more. They hold a technology-led, innovative approach to the support they are providing to their clients, allowing for countless businesses to grow through their digital solutions.

They are now looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join their team. This is a new business focused position – generating leads, converting prospective customers, and building long-term relationships with the accounts.

This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in England; there will be occasional team meet-ups in their London office.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective accounts & build a long-term sales pipeline with clients across a variety of industries including eCommerce, media, legal, recruitment and more
  • Generate leads through a range of cold calling, emailing and wider LinkedIn / outbound campaigns
  • Build & maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across a range of prospective businesses
  • Lead a consultative approach, identifying clients’ needs & how the services can support their growth
  • Support on closing deals where appropriate
  • Provide a smooth handover process after deal closure
  • Support on early-stage onboarding when necessary
  • Maintain long-term relationships to increase customer satisfaction & account expansion in the long-term

The Successful Candidate

  • 1-2 years new business sales experience
  • Previous experience as an SDR or BDR is ideal, but wider lead generation experience would also be considered
  • Individuals from a recruitment / estate agency / telesales background are encouraged to apply
  • Based in England

Senior Sales Development Representative Package

  • Basic salary: up to £35,000
  • OTE: x2
  • Remote opportunity with occasional team meet ups in their London office
  • Work-from-anywhere options
