Senior Sales Development Representative (Outbound)
Location: Hayes, London – Hybrid Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + uncapped commission
About the Role
We’re seeking motivated, creative, and driven Sales Development Representatives to join our outbound team. Our product serves SMB to Enterprise customers across all industries, covering the majority of the UK market. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving new opportunities, growing pipeline, and testing innovative sales strategies to keep our company moving forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive interest through multi-channel outbound outreach
- Qualify leads using established sales frameworks
- Seamlessly transfer pre-qualified meetings to the BDM team, ensuring:
- CRM updates are complete and accurate
- Meeting preparation is smooth and efficient
- Utilise tech stack tools for:
- Market research and targeting
- Identifying and building high-quality prospect lists with direct details (emails/phone numbers)
- Collaborate with team leadership and marketing to refine:
- Outbound strategies
- Performance measurement methods
About You
- Minimum 4 years’ business development experience, specialising in booking highly qualified meetings.
- Proven success with personalised, high-touch outbound prospecting.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Can-do attitude—willing to help build a new function and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to:
- Represent the company professionally
- Leave a strong first impression
- Proficient in:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- CRMs
- Lead generation and enrichment tools
