Senior Sales Director – Ecommerce Solutions

About the Role

Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Director to lead our Ecommerce Sales Team. As a key player in driving growth, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a high-performing team of sales professionals
  • Developing and implementing winning sales strategies in Ecommerce, Returns, and Order Management ecosystems
  • Mentoring Account Managers and fostering long-term customer success
  • Leveraging deep industry expertise in supply chain software to guide revenue growth

The ideal candidate will combine sales leadership, strategic vision, and technical insight to scale our business while delivering exceptional customer value.


What You’ll Do

Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to exceed revenue goals
  • Lead a high-impact sales team, including setting performance benchmarks, coaching, and talent development
  • Drive customer-centric account growth with tailored roadmaps

Market & Relationship Management

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the supply chain software market and emerging trends
  • Build and nurture key customer relationships, industry partnerships, and strategic influences
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success to align solutions

Performance & Process Optimization

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility for executive reporting
  • Continuously refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and scalability

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven leadership in sales management (8+ years preferred)
  • Strong track record in:
    • Developando winning sales strategies
    • Scaling revenue-driven solutions (preferably in SaaS)
    • Managing high-performing teams
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain and Ecommerce software ecosystems
  • Cloud & platform expertise, including Azure and hyper-scalers (Azure preferred)
  • SaaS and ARR sales experience

  • Proficient in SaaS sales motions and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) models
  • Multilingual (English + European language, a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making
