About the Role
8x8 connects our customers and teams globally, empowering CX leaders with performance and insights to make smarter decisions, delight customers, and drive lasting business impact.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement, we're recruiting for a Senior Sales Enablement Lead to partner with Sales and Partner Leadership, helping to drive the design and delivery of sales and partner enablement programs.
We’re looking for a passionate Senior Sales Enablement Lead to join our global enablement function. As part of a small, high-performing global team, you’ll design and develop high-impact training programs for our internal sales teams and expanding partner community across the global region. You will focus on delivering high-impact training programs for our internal sales team and expanding partner community. Working alongside the Sales Enablement lead, you’ll help scale partner enablement into a strategic, repeatable capability that positions 8x8 as an aspirational channel partner. This role demands someone who loves facilitation, understands how adults learn, and isn’t afraid to leverage AI tools to build engaging training at pace, using them as a genuine accelerator, not an afterthought.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for internal sales teams across multiple go-to-market segments, covering sales methodology, product knowledge, and deal acceleration frameworks.
- Support product updates and launches by preparing and enabling the sales force and partner community to understand and sell 8x8’s solutions.
- Partner with the partner enablement team to design and deliver certification and continuous professional development programs, helping scale partner training from ad hoc events into a regular monthly and quarterly cadence.
- Co-facilitate global training programs, primarily virtual, when relevant to your region and business needs. Deliver in-person enablement sessions at the London office — typically on Wednesdays.
- Leverage AI tools to build training content, go-to-market resources, and partner acceleration materials, actively leading the way in how AI is integrated into enablement practice.
- Work collaboratively with subject matter experts, product managers, marketing, sales leaders, and channel partners to translate their knowledge into engaging, adult-focused learning experiences.
- Apply instructional design principles to accelerate content development, design, and deployment.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our partner enablement strategy, helping shape what scaled partner training looks like at 8x8.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
