About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing Sales Enablement team based in Newcastle, UK. This role plays a critical part in driving sales productivity and revenue growth by equipping our sales teams and channel partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to succeed. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office, offering a balance of collaboration and flexibility. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in Customer Success and/or Account Management, combined with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically—designing scalable enablement programs while actively delivering high-impact training and content.

Key Responsibilities • Design & Deliver Enablement Programs: Develop and execute comprehensive enablement strategies that support onboarding, continuous learning, and role-based development across sales and customer-facing teams. • Drive Sales Productivity & Pipeline Growth: Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps, optimize sales processes, and accelerate pipeline progression through targeted enablement initiatives. • Channel & Partner Enablement: Collaborate with channel and alliances teams to deliver partner-focused training, certifications, and enablement assets that improve partner engagement and contribution to revenue. • Develop Training & Content: Create high-quality enablement materials including playbooks, training modules, certifications, and sales tools that align with Arctic Wolf’s go-to-market strategy. • Facilitate Engaging Learning Experiences: Deliver live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and enablement events that drive adoption and measurable behavior change. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product updates, and go-to-market priorities. • Measure & Optimize Impact: Establish and track key enablement metrics (e.g., ramp time, win rates, deal velocity, new product introduction) to continuously evaluate program effectiveness and inform improvements. • Support Change Management Initiatives: Help drive adoption of new tools, processes, and product offerings through structured enablement and communication strategies.

Qualifications | Skills & Experience

Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, customer success, account management, or a related revenue-facing role Proven track record of supporting sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strategic & Tactical Expertise: Ability to design scalable enablement programs while also executing day-to-day training and content delivery Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across sales, channel, and cross-functional teams Communication & Facilitation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in delivering training to diverse audiences Program & Project Management: Highly organized with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and driving them to completion Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to enablement with experience using metrics to measure success and optimize outcomes Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology environments is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting channel sales motions and partner ecosystems Background in cybersecurity or security operations Proficiency in German (spoken and written) Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.) Familiarity with enablement and learning platforms
