- 💰 £60,000 Basic Salary
- 💷 Plus £5,000 Quarterly On-Target Bonus (or pro rata annually if target hit)

Working with major public and private sector organisations, we’re now looking for an exceptional Security Sales Executive to join our Senior Leadership Team.
This is more than a sales role. Reporting directly to the MD, you’ll have genuine input, influencing our national growth strategy while personally winning major manned guarding contracts and helping shape our future.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver our national sales strategy
- Win manned guarding and security solution contracts
- Build a high-value pipeline of strategic opportunities
- Lead business development, bids, and marketing activity
- Open new markets and create sustainable revenue streams
- Drive long-term commercial growth
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced business development professional with:
- Proven success winning £1.5m+ security contract value annually
- Strong knowledge of the manned guarding sector
- Experience developing proposals, bid writing, and managing tenders
- Commercial, pricing, and contract negotiation expertise
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
