About the Client Our client specializes in crypto payment solutions, offering seamless cryptocurrency payment processing for businesses in sectors like iGaming, Forex, and Payment Service Providers (PSPs). They empower businesses globally to securely accept crypto payments, utilizing cutting-edge technologies. Operating within the expanding fintech sector, they are seeking driven professionals to join their growing team. Role Overview As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth in the high-risk B2B segment, including iGaming, Forex, and Crypto. Your primary focus will be on acquiring high-volume merchants and closing substantial deals independently. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by building strong industry relationships and securing profitable partnerships. Your success will be measured by your ability to close deals that generate meaningful revenue within the first few months. Key Responsibilities Independently identify, approach, and close high-volume B2B clients across iGaming, Forex, PSP, and Crypto sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and affiliates within high-risk payment ecosystems. Negotiate and close large-scale deals, targeting €1M+ merchant turnover. Work closely with compliance and onboarding teams to ensure fast KYB processes and merchant activation. Identify market opportunities and tailor fintech payment solutions (IBAN, acquiring, crypto processing, etc.) to client needs. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand market presence. Take full ownership of the sales cycle, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and revenue delivery. Requirements Proven track record of closing large B2B deals, preferably generating €1M+ merchant turnover. Strong experience selling into iGaming, Forex, PSP, Crypto, or other high-risk industries. Experience selling complex fintech products such as acquiring, IBAN accounts, crypto processing, or payment infrastructure. Ability to travel for business purposes and be eligible for a Schengen visa. A well-established network within the fintech. Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus. Key Soft Skills Problem-Solving & Initiative: Quick thinker, able to overcome obstacles and close deals independently. Self-motivated with the ability to identify challenges and resolve them proactively. Goal-Oriented, focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets with experience working with KPIs.
