Senior Sales Executive
RegTech SaaS
Location: London (hybrid, 2–3 days in office)
Salary: £90,000–£120,000 base + uncapped commission (double OTE)
The company:
An established RegTech SaaS provider with strong recurring revenue and a blue-chip client base spanning asset managers, banks, and private capital firms. Its platform covers regulatory, transaction, and financial reporting, with a newly launched shareholding disclosure product opening a significant new market.
The role:
- New business only across the UK and Europe
- You own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Target of €600–700k annually, built through a mix of enterprise deals (€100k+), mid-market wins (€30–50k), and quicker land deals
- Commission paid on full deal value, including onboarding, with no cap
- 12-month exclusivity on upsells into accounts you win
- Sell to Chief Compliance Officers, Chief Risk Officers, and Heads of Regulatory Reporting at fund managers, AIFMs, and financial institutions
- Roughly 60% of wins displace incumbent vendors; the rest are greenfield

About you:
- 5+ years carrying and hitting a substantial new business target in RegTech, compliance software, or adjacent fintech SaaS
- Fluent in the world of AIFMD, MiFID, and regulatory reporting, you speak the client's language from day one
- A strong personal network and a relationship-led, consultative approach; you get in front of people at events rather than hiding behind a keyboard
- Comfortable running structured outbound through HubSpot or Salesforce
- Based in or around London and happy to be in the office regularly
- Backgrounds from competing vendors, complementary providers, or fund administration all considered — strong hunters from the wider fintech space are welcome
