We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Sales Executive – Charter Broker to join our growing London team. This role offers the opportunity to build client relationships, drive new business, and deliver tailored private aviation solutions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop a portfolio of clients through proactive business development and relationship management.
- Convert inbound enquiries into profitable charter bookings by delivering tailored private aviation solutions.
- Achieve and exceed targets across revenue, margin, new business generation, and client referrals.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing charter bookings from enquiry through to Client Services handover.
- Source suitable aircraft through approved operator networks, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and service.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline management within Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Client Services, and commercial teams to maximise opportunities and client outcomes.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and suppliers while acting as a positive ambassador for the FXAIR brand.

What We're Looking For
- Proven success in sales, business development, account management, or relationship management within the aviation sector.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a performance-focused environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team whilst managing individual objectives.
- Additional language skills would be a bonus.
