Enterprise | Tier 1 & Tier 2 Banks | DACH / Nordics / UAE / Africa
Location: UK or Germany (Remote)
About the Company
We are partnering with a well-backed, high-growth fintech transforming the core banking landscape through an AI-powered SaaS platform.
Built for scalability, intelligence, and speed, the platform enables Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks to modernize legacy core infrastructure, enhance operational efficiency, and unlock next-generation digital banking capabilities.
With strong institutional backing and accelerating global traction, the business is now entering its next phase of expansion across DACH, Nordics, UAE, and Africa.
This is a rare opportunity to join at scale-up stage with enterprise credibility and product-market fit already established.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive / Enterprise Account Executive — a true new business hunter — to drive strategic expansion across key international banking markets.
This is a pure enterprise acquisition role, focused on landing complex, multi-year SaaS deals with Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions.
You will:
- Own and drive new logo acquisition across DACH, Nordics, UAE, and Africa
- Build and execute territory strategies targeting CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Core Banking, and Digital Transformation leaders
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales engagements (6–18+ month cycles)
- Navigate highly complex stakeholder environments across IT, Operations, Risk, Procurement, and Executive leadership
- Position AI-driven core banking modernization as a strategic transformation initiative
- Build compelling ROI-driven business cases
- Manage disciplined forecasting and pipeline development

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
