Senior Sales Executive – Healthcare Portfolio

Hybrid: Herne Hill, 3 days in the office

Salary: Up to £32,000, depending on experience and company benefits.

Commission: circa £20,000 OTE

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Education

As Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth across MA Healthcare’s portfolio, working across a powerful mix of print, digital, events and medical education. We support clients across:

  • Animal health and veterinary brands
  • Pharmacy
  • Primary Care
  • Wound Care
  • Community healthcare

This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious sales professional ready to build on their experience within a collaborative and commercially driven environment.

You will join one of MA Healthcare’s established therapy areas, helping to grow a respected portfolio that supports clinicians and improves patient care.

The role would suit someone energetic, commercially minded and confident building relationships. You may already have experience in media, events or solution sales and now be looking for more ownership, broader client exposure and the chance to grow your career within a specialist healthcare market.

You Will

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and deliver revenue across print, digital, events and medical education products.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of UK and international clients, delivering a high standard of service.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities by clearly communicating the value of the portfolio.
  • Work closely with the Associate Publisher on sales strategy, budgeting and commercial opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners and associations to increase market visibility.
  • Collaborate with editorial, production and marketing teams to deliver campaigns successfully and on time.
  • Contribute ideas for new products and services that support portfolio development.
  • Plan and prioritise your workload effectively to meet targets and deadlines, with flexibility to travel across the UK when required.

Must-haves

  • Experience selling solutions and working towards commercial targets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Commercial awareness, with a proactive and tenacious approach to developing business opportunities.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with editorial, marketing and production teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Account management experience, with a focus on growing existing relationships.
  • Exposure to international clients or markets.
  • An interest in medical education or the healthcare sector.
