Senior Sales Executive
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join an innovative AI company developing sovereign AI solutions for highly regulated industries. This permanent position is ideally based in the United Kingdom.
This role is ideal for commercially driven sales professionals who thrive in entrepreneurial environments, enjoy long consultative sales cycles, and are excited by the opportunity to help build a company from the ground up.
Essential Requirements
- 5–10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience.
- Experience selling into the life sciences sector, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, CDMO, or healthcare organisations.
- Experience owning the full sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation and close).
- Proven experience selling complex B2B software, enterprise technology, or technical solutions into highly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated success managing long, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience selling document management platforms, compliance software, knowledge management solutions, laboratory informatics, or comparable enterprise technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to understand customer challenges and translate technical capabilities into commercial value.
- Experience developing new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales and relationship building.
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers across scientific, IT, digital transformation, compliance, and executive functions.
- Entrepreneurial mentality with the flexibility to work within an early-stage startup environment where processes continue to evolve.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, the United Kingdom.
