Senior Sales Exec
Location: London - Hybrid 2 days per week in the office
Comp: £80K - £100K + Uncapped Commission
We’re seeking a senior, high-impact sales leader to own and drive enterprise growth for a fast-scaling AI SaaS business. This is a hands-on role for someone who can both define the sales strategy and personally deliver revenue.
You’ll take full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle - from shaping go-to-market approach and identifying new opportunities, through to closing complex, high-value deals. Working closely with leadership, you’ll help build a scalable, repeatable sales engine while winning business yourself.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute enterprise sales strategy across public and private sectors
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build and convert a strong, high-quality pipeline
- Engage senior stakeholders in complex, multi-layered organisations
- Identify and open new verticals and growth opportunities
- Help shape positioning, messaging, and commercial approach
- Lay the foundations for future team growth

About You
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, closing large, complex deals
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
- Experience of selling in to the public sector or similar
- Strong commercial acumen with disciplined forecasting and deal management
- Thrives in fast-paced, growth environments with ambiguity
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to build something significant
