Sales Executive – External Sales Team (Soho Home)
About the Role
At Soho House, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our dynamic External Sales team at Soho Home. This position is perfect for a commercially driven, proactive individual passionate about growing strategic partnerships that contribute to long-term brand strategy and product life cycle.
This is an exceptional chance to own and accelerate commercial growth while serving as the front-facing sales volume coordinator for both full-price and outlet channels.
As Sales Coordinator, you’ll:
- Report directly to the Senior Global Sales Manager
- Work closely with the Wholesale Coordinator to manage, develop, and maintain critical relationships across full-price and outlet accounts
- Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Merchandising while acting as the primary point of contact for buyers and retail partners
Responsibilities
Key Account Management & Sales Execution
- Own and grow a portfolio of full-price wholesale and key outlet accounts, driving performance across both channels
- Independently identify, plan, and execute commercial opportunities through stock analysis and account engagement
- Develop and conduct Wholesale Market events (A/W & S/S collections) to showcase collections to key buyers
- Build and nurture front-facing relationships with retailers, acting as the primary commercial contact
Order Management & Client Collaboration
- Negotiate and raise purchase orders (POs), communicate delivery timelines, and proactively managed the PO journey from warehouse receipt to final delivery (with Sales Assistant support)
- Manage daily interaction with internal systems and order portals to streamline operations
- Collaborate closely with Logistics, Operations, Merchandising, and Finance to ensure on-time order delivery that meets customer expectations

Strategic & Operational Oversight
- Analyse stock positions across excess, clearance, and full-price inventory to identify availability gaps and new sales opportunities
- Drive regular engagement with existing partners and proactively develop excess-stock monetisation strategies
- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing swift resolutions to external partner queries
- Monitor and analyse weekly/monthly/quarterly trading performance, addressing potential risks via escalation or commercial adjustment
Reporting & Support Activities
- Produce weekly trade updates (orders taken vs dispatched vs performance KPIs)
- Support sample sales, off-price initiatives, and seasonal promotions
- Contribute to sales strategy alignment, quarterly reviews, and commercial reporting
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years in a similar wholesale sales/merchandising/commercial role (experience in luxury goods preferred)
- Proven ability to drive growth and meet aggressive volume targets
- Strong wholesale merchandising or business planning background (advantageous but not mandatory)
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modelling, forecasting, stock tracking)
- Analytical mindset: Numerate, data-driven, and comfortable working with KPIs
- Creative problem-solving with a take-action attitude in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing luxury wholesale accounts on a global scale
- Results-oriented with adaptability to market changes, seasonal trends, or operational constraints
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills at all levels (internal and external)
