Location: Royston (South of Cambridge)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Executive to join a well-established and leading publisher within the care sector, operating successfully for over 30 years.
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual with proven outbound sales experience to join a successful, friendly, and dynamic team. This is an exciting time to join the business as they prepare to launch a new product within the sector.
Responsibilities
- Managing and developing client accounts, maintaining regular contact throughout the year
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records on the company CRM system
- Securing renewal business across the portfolio while generating new opportunities
- Maintaining a high volume of outbound sales calls
- Achieving personal and product sales targets
- Representing the business through client visits and attendance at industry events
- Supporting the management team with sales campaign coordination, identifying challenges and solutions
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities and contributing to sales strategies
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships across departments

Requirements
The successful candidate should have:
- Previous experience in an outbound telesales role
- The ability to act as a confident communicator, ideally with proven sales closure skills
- A proactive approach, using their own initiative to identify new business opportunities
- Strong account management skills
- Good IT skills
- An understanding of many suits working in a friendly team environment
