Role Summary
As a Senior Sales Executive – UK, reporting to the UK Sales Director, you will play a key role in executing WeeFin’s growth strategy by driving new business across the UK. As an individual contributor, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and consultative engagement to closing complex SaaS deals, with a focus on asset managers and asset owners.
You will join an enthusiastic sales team that values creativity, curiosity, and ambition. Your success will be fueled by your ability to build long-term, value-driven relationships, navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and articulate the strategic impact of sustainable finance technology.

You are a commercially driven sales professional with a strong understanding of financial services, a passion for solving client challenges, a solid grasp of the MEDDIC sales framework (or equivalent) and a desire to contribute to a mission-led company at the forefront of sustainable finance? This position might be for you.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Drive new revenue growth.
- Develop a sales strategy to generate, approach, and convert leads.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Effectively communicate WeeFin’s value proposition.
- Understand and identify client needs to develop tailored solutions.
- Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with various WeeFin teams on opportunities and initiatives.

You can:
- Articulate a product's value proposition and commercial advantages in relation to the competition;
- Experience dealing with stakeholders in the asset management industry is a prerequisite
- Experience in sustainable finance and ESG is a plus
- 8-15 years of B2B sales experience in Fintech and high-growth SaaS.
- Understanding of the MEDDIC sales framework (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in the sales process from strategy to closing
- Autonomous, adaptable, proactive in a startup environment
- Excellent negotiation skills
- English: fluent/native
- An additional language is a plus
