The Company:

Recorra is a leading circular economy company, providing services for recycling, data destruction and office supplies in London and the South East. We are born environmentalists, formed by Friends of the Earth in 1988 and now operating as an independent commercial organisation.

We are an ethical and fast-growing company with a team of exceptional people and are looking for someone to join us during an exciting period of change and growth. The role provides the opportunity for you to use your skills to make a difference within a friendly, dynamic and forward-thinking company. The culture is energetic, and there will be many opportunities for you to make a substantial contribution to the business.

The Role:

We're looking for a motivated and commercially minded Senior Sales Executive to join our Commercial Team and help drive the continued growth of Recorra.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous B2B sales experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll take ownership of developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships and helping businesses improve their environmental performance through Recorra's services.

You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients across a range of sectors, managing opportunities from initial contact through to close, and working closely with colleagues across the Commercial Team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

The role combines business development, relationship building, face-to-face meetings, industry networking and strategic account development. You will also play an important role in increasing engagement within Business Improvement District (BID) partnerships and identifying new commercial opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
