Senior Sales Lead - Digital Maritime Technology
Day Rate: Negotiable Duration: 6 months (with potential to extend or convert to permanent) Availability: Immediate
Our client, a global leader in IT solutions for the air transport industry, is expanding rapidly into the maritime sector. To accelerate this growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive new business and take ownership of maritime revenues.
This is a role for a genuine sales hunter. The focus is on creating opportunities, building pipeline, and closing deals. You’ll be expected to deliver results at pace, opening new doors across the maritime industry and converting high-value opportunities.
The role: You will identify and engage prospects across shipping, cruise lines, ports, terminal operators, and technology partners. From first contact through to contract signature, you will lead the full sales cycle and consistently deliver new business. Success will come from a Challenger and consultative approach: provoking new thinking, building urgency, and tailoring solutions to client needs.

Solutions span biometrics, onboard connectivity, fleet performance, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and more. Working alongside solution architects and senior stakeholders, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping commercial impact in the maritime sector.
What we’re looking for: At least 4 years’ experience closing complex B2B deals in maritime, shipping, cargo, cruise, oil & gas, or related sectors. Strong track record of consistent quota attainment and accelerating deal velocity. Experience applying Challenger or consultative sales methodologies. Deep knowledge of European or MEA maritime markets and established networks across ports, cruise lines, and maritime tech vendors. A results-driven, proactive mindset with the resilience to thrive in competitive markets.
