Senior B2B Sales Manager (Publications / Exhibitions / Sponsorship)

Lead from the Front
£60,000 basic + Uncapped Commission

I'm delighted to be supporting one of the UK's most successful events businesses in the search for an experienced Senior B2B Sales Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely loves sales, enjoys building long-term client relationships and wants to take the next step into a leadership role without giving up the thrill of selling.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind spreadsheets all day. We're looking for a hands-on sales leader who enjoys leading by example, inspiring others and delivering results.

The Role

  • You'll take ownership of a successful exhibition portfolio, driving commercial growth through a combination of new business development and account management.
  • Alongside managing your own revenue targets, you'll lead and mentor two junior sales executives, helping them develop their skills, build confidence and achieve their own success.
  • You'll also be encouraged to spend time with clients face-to-face, strengthening relationships and identifying new commercial opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
