THE ROLE
We are looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Manager to join the FARFETCH Advertising team, starting as soon as possible (latest October).
Luxury brands leverage FARFETCH Advertising services to elevate brand awareness at every stage of the FARFETCH customer journey. Harnessing unparalleled consumer insights from the largest luxury online audience in the world; FARFETCH Advertising devises data-driven marketing strategies that power full-funnel marketing activations creating global impact at scale. We help brands maximize engagement amongst existing followers, prospect new customers and develop new audiences on FARFETCH and beyond.
As Senior Sales Manager you will partner closely with a range of luxury clients (from SMB to enterprise accounts) to create exciting and innovative advertising partnerships that enhance the consumer experience, build brand equity and drive revenue growth for the FARFETCH business.

What You'll Do
- Build and grow a pipeline of clients (both new and existing) with accountability for the entire sales cycle; from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring retention
- Leverage data, insights, and measurement to build innovative marketing communication plans that reach partner audience targets and achieve partner KPIs
- Work closely with a dedicated Account Manager to streamline pre-sales efforts, identify optimisation/upsell opportunities and build long-term strategies for your accounts
- Be an internal expert and advocate for your accounts, working cross-functionally to ensure marketing programmes complement the partner’s commercial objectives
- Build deep relationships with senior brand executives through exceptional customer service
Who You Are
- Self-motivated and highly goal orientated with the ability to work autonomously, including cold prospecting where necessary
- Strong contact network of decision makers in luxury fashion and retail
- Significant experience in digital advertising, preferably with specific acumen in retail media, performance marketing and selling to enterprise accounts
- Demonstrated track record of success in advertising sales; viewed as an expert in this field
- Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast moving, matrixed business while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellence
- Bonus: ad tech or media agency experience, with strong knowledge of competitive product landscape
