Senior Sales Manager
Senior Sales Manager | Premium Hospitality & Foodservice London | Hybrid/Flexible £55,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (£80,000-£100,000+ OTE)
Not every sales role gives you the chance to build something. This one does.
We're partnering with a fast-growing premium food business supplying some of London's most respected hotels, restaurants, cafés and hospitality operators. With a strong reputation, an established customer base and monthly revenues already exceeding expectations, the business is entering its next phase of growth. Now they're looking for their first dedicated Senior Sales Manager to take ownership of the commercial function and help scale the business to the next level.
If you've successfully built sales functions, opened new markets, won major accounts and enjoy creating structure where none exists, this could be exactly the challenge you're looking for.
The Opportunity This isn't a role where you'll inherit a polished CRM, a fully built sales team and a perfectly mapped-out process. You'll be stepping into a business with huge potential, strong foundations and genuine ambition, but you'll be the person helping create the commercial engine that drives future growth. You'll work directly with the founder, take ownership of sales strategy, implement systems, build processes and most importantly win business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
