The Role
This is a key role in our high performing UK Sales team based in London. The role of a Senior Sales Manager is to generate new business and grow key client relationships whilst working with the wider team to come up with solutions to grow revenue across a set agency patch. This role will work with London digital agencies, across programmatic buying, direct and trading within the Independent & International agencies pod.
The position requires someone with drive, confidence, and at least 7+ years’ experience in a media sales role.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A Minimum 7+ years of similar experience in programmatic/online advertising sales
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- A hunter mindset – always looking for new ways to make money and generate revenue in a fast-paced environment
- Strong contacts across the Independent and International agencies are desired
- Will be a fast learner who is interested in developing their own patch to run as their own business
- A passion for digital media and keen to learn more about the industry
- A strong track record of closing deals and generating revenue as well as evidence of pipeline management, forecasting and business planning
- Someone who can communicate exceptionally with internal teams and external clients
- Strong analytical abilities and confident with the use of data
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently
- Self-motivated, professional, proactive and fun!
- Must be fluent in English
Key Responsibilities
Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Meeting monthly and quarterly meetings and revenue targets
- Developing and maintaining agency relationships from junior to senior levels to ensure full coverage of the agency patch
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client partnerships
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to drive retention and long-term growth
- Work closely with marketing, product, and ad operations teams to optimize campaign success.
- Grow both existing and new business revenue streams by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities
- Present campaign results and performance insights to agency contacts, offering data-driven recommendations
- Keep Salesforce and other CRM tools updated with live and proposed campaign details, agency contacts, and pipeline activity and accurate forecasting
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging ad technologies, and best practices
